Gracious Grace!

Last week (20th-23rd Feb) all the year eights at school attended 8 alive. During 8 alive we did activities such as; journal decoration, journal writing, dancing and my main event was going to the Victorian Market. At the market I bought an Aussie t-shirt and rock candy! When we were on the train we were given a list of things to discover, eg. name two types of nuts etc. Unfortunately hardly anyone completed this at the market. We all guesed on the train home. We were also given five dollars to buy prizes for more 8 alive activities, my friends and i decided to buy glow sticks. For lunch we went to McDonalds, which was just around the corner, it was very hot and sticky that day.

After 8 alive I feel refreshed and ready to take on the   world!   Ive become more independant from all the trust I’ve recieved over the last week and it brightens me up. I will always remember the band ‘The Darlow Show’ and their commitment to their aboriginal culture.
